What are Concierge Legal Services, you ask? Good question, especially if you’d like an attorney’s help but don’t think you can afford one.

Concierge Legal Services are designed to give people access to an attorney on an as-needed basis without the high cost.

You face choices virtually every day in your personal and business activities that have legal implications. Have you ever signed a contract? You may not realize it but if you have cell phone, satellite or cable television services, lease an apartment, own a home or a car, seen a medical provider for care, used social media, or even downloaded an app on your smartphone, you have a entered into a contract. These are just a few examples of how legal issues can impact your daily life.

Wouldn’t it be great to have an attorney available to answer your questions or discuss scenarios? Or to review contracts and other documents when you need it?

I’ll bet you figured, “Why bother? No lawyer is going to consider my question or issue big enough or worth the time to help me. There’s no money in it for them!”

Sadly, you would be correct.

Most attorneys charge up to $200.00 per hour or more—sometimes hundreds more!—for legal services. And that’s assuming they would be willing to take time away from their “more important” clients to help you. And if they had the time to drop what they are doing and take your call, the meter drops as soon as they pick up the phone, and the fees add up very quickly.

Well, no issue is too small with our Concierge Legal Services. When you subscribe to one of our convenient plans, you will have an attorney available whenever you need one, even after normal business hours. And at a reasonable cost! Choose the plan that best fits your needs and you get access to an attorney with 25+ years of experience to help you when the inevitable pops up, or when you just have a quick question. We offer a range of plans, from a very basic individual plan, to more comprehensive services and more frequent availability for you, your family or your business. We can also work with you to tailor a custom plan depending on your needs and always at reasonable cost. And all plans come with great discounts on our already low fees if you need more detailed, intensive, or case-specific work.

You already protect yourself and your family in other critical areas of life. Now, you no longer have a reason to neglect legal protection as well!

INDIVIDUAL PLANS

The Individual Basic (open to the first 25 clients)

If you don’t anticipate needing significant legal help but want an attorney available for the occasional issue, this plan will provide you confidence and security. For $30 per month, you get:

One 30-minute phone consultation on any legal matter or question per month ($100 value)
$100 credit toward preparation of a simple will, or $250 credit toward comprehensive simple estate plan (i.e. with durable powers of attorney, health care directives, etc.)
Additional hourly legal services on matters outside the plan billed at a rate of $150/hour guaranteed for one year (normally $200/hour for most matters), and lower minimum retainers
Contingent fee services (e.g. for damages or personal injury claims) at 30% on matters outside the plan guaranteed for one year (normally 33.33%)
One-month credit for every person/family/business you refer who signs up—maximum 2 credits per year ($60 value)

The Individual Special (open to the first 25 clients)

If you anticipate needing a bit more than just the occasional phone call, this plan will meet more of your needs. For $60 per month, you get:

One 30-minute phone consultation on any legal matter or question per month ($100 value)
One (1) hour of in-person consultation on any legal matter or question per month ($200 value)
Up to two (2) contract reviews per year ($500 minimum value)
Preparation of one (1) simple will ($500-$750 value) or $250 credit toward more comprehensive simple estate plan (i.e. with durable powers of attorney, health care directives, etc.)
Additional hourly legal services on matters outside the plan billed at a rate of $150/hour guaranteed for one year (normally $200/hour for most matters), and lower minimum retainers
Contingent fee services (e.g. for personal injury claims) at 30% on matters outside the plan guaranteed for one year (normally 33.3%)
One-month credit for every person/family/business you refer who signs up—maximum 2 credits per year ($120 value)

The Individual Comprehensive (open to the first 25 clients)

If you need legal advice more regularly or are likely to have more questions, this plan will give you expanded access and some extras. For $90 per month, you get:

Up to two (2) 30-minute phone consultations on any legal matter or question per month ($200 value)
Two (2) hours of in-person legal consultation on any legal matter or question per month ($400 value)
Up to four (4) contract reviews per year ($1,000 minimum value)
Preparation of one (1) simple will ($500-$750 value) or $250 credit toward more comprehensive simple estate plan (i.e. with durable powers of attorney, health care directives, etc.)
Additional hourly legal services on matters outside the plan billed at a rate of $150/hour guaranteed for one year (normally $200/hour for most matters), and lower minimum retainers
Contingent fee services (e.g. for personal injury claims) at 30% on matters outside the plan
One-month credit for every person/family/business you refer who signs up—maximum 2 credits per year ($180 value) guaranteed for one year

FAMILY PLANS

If you are married and/or have children, obviously, your life is a wee bit more complicated compared to when you were single! Your life decisions impact many more people, so your needs are different. Here are some family plans we offer that will cover up to two (2) adults and up to two (2) children under the age of 18:

The Family Basic (open to the first 25 families)

If you don’t anticipate needing significant legal services but want someone available for the occasional question, this plan will provide you confidence and security. For $75 per month, you get:

One (1) 30-minute phone consultation on any legal matter or question per month ($100 value)
Preparation of two (2) simple wills ($500-$750 value for each) or $500 credit toward two (2) more comprehensive simple estate plans (i.e. with durable powers of attorney, health care directives, etc.)
One (1) contract review per year ($250 minimum value)
Additional hourly legal services on matters outside the plan billed at a rate of $150/hour guaranteed for one year (normally $200/hour for most matters), and lower minimum retainers
Contingent fee services (e.g. for personal injury claims) at 30% on matters outside the plan guaranteed for one year (normally 33.3%)

SMALL BUSINESS PLANS

Most businesses in America are small businesses run by good, hardworking people like you, your friends and neighbors. But running a small business can be difficult and challenging especially if you do not have the resources to keep an expensive lawyer on retainer. Yet, if you sell anything, or provide valuable services, your business routinely faces legal challenges. We can help! Here is a small business plan that will cover one (1) small business you operate:

The Small Business Special (open to the first 25 businesses)

For $200 per month, you get:

One (1) business entity set up or renewal per year (sole proprietorship, LLC, or assumed business name) (normally $250)(filing fee not included)
Twenty (20) hours of basic legal services per year (includes phone consultations, contract reviews, onsite visits within a twenty (20) mile radius of Caldwell, Idaho with no travel costs, etc.) (approximately $5,000 value)
Additional hourly legal services on matters outside the plan billed at a rate of $150/hour guaranteed for one year (normally $200/hour for most matters)
One-month credit for every person/family/business you refer who signs up—maximum 1 credit per year ($200 value)

ALL OF THE ABOVE PLANS INCLUDE discounted hourly rates and contingent fees on legal services on areas of law we handle, including accidents and personal injuries, real estate disputes, landlord/tenant issues, business and contract issues and reviews, simple estate planning, mediation and civil litigation. CLIENT IS AND WILL REMAIN RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL COSTS including filing fees, court costs, service costs, notary fees, subpoena costs, photograph reproductions, transcripts, reports, witness and expert witness fees, courier/express mail fees, travel and mileage, office supplies, research costs and all other out-of-pocket expenses.
